Terms of Service

1. The Service

Calmo Hosting provides infrastructure and tools to deploy, run, and manage Discord bots, including consoles, file management, resource monitoring, and related hosting features. We offer Free, Basic, and Premium hosting plans with different resource limits.

Discord is a separate platform operated by Discord Inc. Your bots must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse platform resources, or pose a security or legal risk.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Calmo Hosting to:

• Host, distribute, or facilitate malware, phishing, spam, or other abusive automation
• Run cryptocurrency mining, proxy abuse, DDoS tools, or other resource-exploitative workloads
• Violate applicable laws or the terms of Discord or any integrated third-party service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts or data
• Exceed plan resource limits, circumvent quotas, or interfere with platform stability
• Store or process unlawful content through the Service

We may investigate suspected abuse and take action including throttling, suspension, or permanent termination without prior notice where necessary.

5. Your Bots and Content

You retain ownership of your bot code, files, and data. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and back up your content solely to operate the Service.

You are solely responsible for your bots, their behavior, and any data they collect or process. Calmo Hosting is not responsible for how your bots interact with Discord users or third parties.

6. Plans, Billing, and Payments

Free plans are provided at no charge subject to resource limits. Paid Basic and Premium plans are billed on a recurring basis through our panel store. Prices, features, and availability may change with reasonable notice where required.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Refunds are handled at our discretion except where required by law.

Failure to pay, chargebacks, or abuse of paid resources may result in downgrade, suspension, or deletion of hosted bots.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, hardware failures, or third-party outages may cause downtime.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for loss of data; you are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, abuse resources, or if continued service would create legal or security risk.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete hosted bots and associated data after a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calmo Hosting disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calmo Hosting and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or bot downtime arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars (USD $50) if you use only free services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
